The central contact point for authorities, the European Commission, the European Board for Digital Services and users of our services is info@ebs-euchner.com. Communication is possible in German and English and is not handled exclusively by automated means.

A report about specific allegedly illegal content should include a reasoned explanation, the exact URL or card address, the reporter's name and email address, and a statement that the information is accurate and complete to the reporter's best knowledge. Legally permitted anonymous reports remain unaffected.

Liability for content

We are responsible for our own content under generally applicable law. Responsibility for information stored or made public by users is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act). It does not impose a general duty to monitor stored information or actively seek illegal activity.

If we receive a sufficiently precise and substantiated report or otherwise obtain actual knowledge of illegal content, we assess the matter and, where required, act expeditiously to remove or disable access. Statutory orders and further duties remain unaffected.

Liability for links

Our service and public customer cards may link to third-party websites. The respective provider is generally responsible for their content and processing of personal data.

If we receive a concrete and plausible report of unlawful linked content, we assess it and remove or disable the link where legally required.

Copyright

Content and works created by EBS are protected by German copyright law. Use beyond statutory permissions and the functions expressly provided by Quickard requires the relevant rights holder's permission. Intended access, sharing and saving of a released vCard remains permitted.

Content on customer cards usually comes from the respective user and may be subject to third-party rights. A specific suspected copyright infringement may be reported through the contact point above.
