Withdraw from a contract online

You can withdraw from your contract electronically here without signing in. The first step opens the form; your declaration is only submitted by selecting “Confirm withdrawal” in the second step. You do not have to give a reason.

Who does this apply to?

These instructions apply to distance contracts for paid Quickard services entered into with consumers. A consumer is a natural person acting mainly outside their trade, business or profession (Section 13 German BGB). Businesses have no statutory withdrawal right.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (EBS Euchner Büro- und Schulsysteme GmbH, Ernst-Leitz-Straße 3, 63150 Heusenstamm, Germany, phone: +49 6104 3313, email: info@ebs-euchner.com) of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter or email). You may use the model form, but it is not obligatory.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online at quickard.de/en/withdrawal (button “Withdraw from contract” on this page). If you use this online function, we will send you, without undue delay and on a durable medium (e.g. by email), an acknowledgement of receipt containing the content of your withdrawal statement and the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Additional information

In the case of a contract for the supply of services, the right of withdrawal expires early if we have fully performed the service and only began performing it after you gave your express consent and at the same time confirmed your awareness that you would lose your right of withdrawal upon our complete performance of the contract. If the first billing period is free of charge (trial or free first month), nothing has been paid up to the withdrawal and no compensation is owed for that period.
