Withdraw from a contract online

You can withdraw from your contract electronically here without signing in. The first step opens the form; your declaration is only submitted by selecting “Confirm withdrawal” in the second step. You do not have to give a reason.

Who does this apply to?

These instructions apply to distance contracts for paid Quickard services entered into with consumers. A consumer is a natural person acting mainly outside their trade, business or profession (Section 13 German BGB). Businesses have no statutory withdrawal right.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (EBS Euchner Büro- und Schulsysteme GmbH, Ernst-Leitz-Straße 3, 63150 Heusenstamm, Germany, phone: +49 6104 3313, email: info@ebs-euchner.com) of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter or email). You may use the model form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you expressly requested a paid service to begin during the withdrawal period and were properly informed about withdrawal and proportionate payment, you must pay an amount corresponding to the share supplied before you told us of the withdrawal compared with the contract's full scope.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

In the case of a contract for the supply of services, the right of withdrawal expires early if we have fully performed the service and only began performing it after you gave your express consent and at the same time confirmed your awareness that you would lose your right of withdrawal upon our complete performance of the contract.
